You may find that ground shipping takes no longer than more expensive methods.

Due to agricultural restrictions, we do not ship bonsais outside the U.S.A.

Return Policy

We offer personal service. Our clients usually e-mail us on receipt of their order, and confirm receipt
(visit our "Testimonials" page). If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any product you purchase, 
contact us immediately. You can return the item(s) within 7 days for a refund or exchange.
Where a bonsai tree is involved, we will hold the item for 30 days.
If it remains in good condition, a refund or credit will be issued.
